Data controller

Ahmet Efe, at the address above, is the data controller.

Personal data processed

Identity (name), contact (e-mail, phone if you provide it), account and transaction security (IP, login records), customer transaction (orders, invoices), social media account data and the comments/messages received by your accounts, and data derived from them (intent, sentiment, lead records).

Purposes

Providing and operating the Service, executing your automation rules, customer support, billing, security, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving the Service.

Legal grounds (Art. 5)

Necessity for the performance of a contract; fulfilment of a legal obligation; legitimate interests of the controller (security, fraud prevention); your explicit consent where required.

Transfers

Data is transferred to sub-processors solely for the purposes above: hosting (Hetzner, Germany), DNS (Cloudflare), payments (iyzico), social media APIs (Meta). Transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

Collection method

Electronically, through the website, panel, e-mail and the Meta APIs you authorize.

Your rights (Art. 11)

To learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction or deletion, object to results of automated processing and claim compensation. Send requests to info@oblifex.com from your registered e-mail address or by post to the address above. Requests are concluded within 30 days.
